Journey RefundsIf your journey has been delayed by more than 15 minutes, then you may be able to claim a refund for the value of your journey. If your train has been delayed because of "freak weather", security alerts, scheduled engineering work, action by third parties, or any situation that would prevent the safe running of the service, then unfortunately you are unable to claim. In the event of industrial action, special conditions apply, and these should be available from any tube station. If you still think you may qualify for a refund, then your can collect a claim form either from any station or from London Underground Customer Service Centre. You must make your claim within 14 days of the delayed journey.
